What Can I Expect During My First Visit?
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you and request that you complete some intake forms. This paperwork provides us with your health history, and information regarding your car accident and any injuries sustained secondary to your accident. At Cornwall Spine Care Plus it is our goal to make seeking care for your MVA injuries as simple and stress free as possible. We will gladly answer any questions you have regarding insurance paperwork and contact your insurance adjuster directly to coordinate your claim.

Next, the doctor will perform a thorough history and physical examination. This initial visit is designed for the doctor to learn more about you and your injury. Common tests include neurological and orthopedic testing, posture analysis and functional movement screens. Radiographs (x-rays) and other forms of imagining may be requested if necessary.

Based on the doctor's findings and your diagnosis, a treatment plan will be developed for your specific condition. This may include chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, ARTŪ, massage therapy, physical rehabilitation or a number of other treatment options.
